The documentary film, Being Adept, confronts the issue of alcohol and drug use amongst adolescents. Candid interviews with high school and college teens shed light on why our country, and Marin County in particular, are experiencing the highest rates of binge drinking and drug use in decades. The film explores this disturbing trend.
